The pillow is filled with a soft poly-fiber fill and houses a small, battery-powered vibration motor at its core. When pressure is applied — someone sitting on it or leaning into it — the motor activates and pulses through two speed settings and four vibration patterns. Remove pressure and it goes quiet on its own. There's no on/off switch to forget.

Your message is embroidered directly into the front cover — not printed, not glued, not stamped. Embroidery thread won't peel, fade, or wash out, so the message stays legible for the life of the pillow. The cover is also removable: when it eventually wears out (or you just want a new color), we can embroider a fresh cover for the same insert.

Spot clean only: dampen a cloth with mild soap and water, wipe the surface gently, and let it air dry fully before using again. Always remove batteries first and never submerge the pillow or put it in a washing machine.

Every pillow is handmade in our Denver workshop and ships within 1–2 business days of your order. After that, delivery depends on the method you choose at checkout: USPS Ground (3–5 days) or USPS Priority (1–3 days). You'll receive a tracking number as soon as the label is printed.

Unused pillows can be returned within 30 days for a full refund — no questions asked. If something breaks outside the return window, our lifetime warranty covers it for as long as you own the pillow. Yes — the message field accepts up to 50 characters. That's enough for a name, a short prayer, a one-line inside joke, or a scripture reference (e.g. "Psalm 23:1" is 11 characters, leaving plenty of room). The character counter under the field updates as you type so you know where you stand.

Two sizes: Standard is 12 × 12 inches ($39), and Large is 16 × 16 inches ($45). The Standard is right for a couch cushion or desk chair; the Large is better for big beds, armchairs, or anyone who wants the message to read from across the room. Both use the same embroidery, mechanism, and warranty.
